The origin of some of the exercises described in this book goes back to ancient Tibetan teachings that have been adapted to modern times. The music of "Hu, the chant of the Universe", the free Internet downloading link to which is included in this book, is a legacy that goes back to the beginning of the Universe. It contains a spiritual mantra that helps expand one's awareness. The time has come to bring more light into the world. Practicing these exercises intensifies and stabilizes my inner light. Those who are properly initiated will be able to recognize the tones that the chant reveals for the good of humanity.

Each exercise enables me to reinforce the power of love and experiment safely and sincerely with it. I further develop as a powerful conduit of love while strengthening my natural protection. I become a love shield and radiate love to love to those around me, to those I love and those who need and ask for it.

Some exercises may be better suited for me than for others or touch me more deeply. Be it as it may, I gain from using these non-relational tools that are available to me. Am I ready to see my life change...for the better? Many have tried these exercises over the years and the results leave no room for doubt. It's up to me to pull myself together and do what needs to be done in order for my life to change. However, there are three important rules to remember: practice, practice, practice, for, to quote an American spiritual Master: "It is not so much what you know that makes a difference, it's what you do with that knowledge".
