It features fellow SOC band mates Matt Dorsey and Randy McStine as well as an all star cast of musicians including Marco Minnemann (Steven Wilson), Nick D'Virgilio (Big Big Train), John Wesley (Porcupine Tree), Randy McStine, Fernando Perdomo and more. Special guests on this album include Michael Sadler of Saga and Jon Davison of Yes. Acceleration Theory Part Two: Annihilation is the follow up to In Continuum's debut in early 2019 Acceleration Theory (Aka Acceleration Theory Part One: AlienA). In Acceleration Theory Part Two, Kai knows what's coming but no one believes him. WWIII has started and he and everyone else have been drafted to fight the war. But, after the first nuclear missiles are fired they're shot down by the spaceships of the alien race who suddenly appear. They've given up hope that the people of Earth can accelerate to a level of being that would allow them to join the galactic community. But, with everything Kai has been taught by AlienA he is living proof that man is actually capable of much more than they thought.
