INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1. Before Sharpening. Place the knife sharpener on a flat surface.

Step 2. Coarse Sharpening (Diamond grinding wheel)

 For extremely blunt or damaged knives.

 Insert knife into the sharpening slot, gently draw it through the slot and repeat 3-5 times. Sharpen the tools every six months or as required.

Step 3. Fine Sharpening (Ceramics grinding wheel)

For honing, finishing and polishing the blade

Remove the burrs on the knife and polishes it. Please refer to the previous step. It is recommended to do it about once a week to keep blade sharp.

Step 4. After sharpening

Please clean the knife with water and wipe dry, clean the knife sharpener with non-abrasive brush.

CAUTION:

1. Not used for serrated knives or scissors.

2. Please sharpen the knife slightly in case of damage.

3. After use, please clean the sharpener and then wipe dry.

4. Don't put the sharpener in dishwasher or soak it in water

5. Keep the knife and sharpener out of the reach of children.
