Product Description

To use this product the host USB-C port from your device must support DisplayPort Alt Mode（Thunderbolt）and Power Delivery.
We always recommend you to plug in the power adapter of your laptop into the USB C female port of the hub. Use HDMI2. 0 or above cables for optimum performance.

Note:
We do not recommend adding an extra extension cable for the hub as it can cause slow transmission, HDMI port not being recognized, or other connective issues.
The hub can not work with the USB-A to USB-C Adapter.
2. 4 GHz wireless devices, MIDI devices, and some USB 3. 0 devices may not be supported. Power is shared between all dock-connected USB C devices and will adjust based on what is plugged in at the time.
Many current USB-C systems which do support Alt Mode video output do not support charging via USB-C. Systems such as this will output video from the dock, but will still need their proprietary OEM chargers. The Dell XPS 15 9550/9560 and Precision 5510/7510, for example, will display a warning during boot if connected to a 60W power adapter rather than a Dell 130W power adapter. These systems may still charge, but at a slower rate.
Triple display for Windows System: Only Windows system support the Multi Stream Transport, Triple display can be switch between HDMI&DP&VGA&Laptop freely. Screen switch shortcut key: Windows+P.
If MULTIPLE displays are connected for display extend, each will be limited to a maximum resolution of 1080P.

Features

• Plug-play: Mac only offers mirroring the two external displays. Unibody aluminum alloy ionized finish, extremely compact and slim. Functions as USB C hub only, may not provide sufficient power for tablets and smartphone devices.
