Your product has been partial vacuum-sealed to protect and preserve the natural benefits of your Pillows. Please follow these simple steps before using your product:
1.Carefully tear a hole in the end of the plastic bag. Your Pillows will immediately begin to rise as the vacuum seal is broken.
2.Remove the Pillows from the plastic bag, and manually fluff your Pillows .
3.Allow several hours even one or two days to recover their full loft.
4.We recommend that you place your Pillows in your dryer for 30 minutes on low heat prior to using. This will fluff your Pillows and provide the loft you expect in this item.
This is a natural down product which may have a slight natural odor. This is normally not noticeable. When down products are enclosed in plastic packaging, they cannot breathe. Occasionally, an odor may be noticed when the bag is first opened. Please remove this product from its packaging and any odor will disappear within a day or two.
