I've been pretty sluggish for a long time now and lost a lot of motivation. I thought I'd give Keto Max a try. It helped to give me some get up and go. I'm no longer dragging myself everywhere, I just jump up and go like I did as a teenager. it does what it says provides energy is organic i showed this to my doctor to see if i could take it because of my high blood pressure he said it was fine because it is all organic and suggested to take one a day instead of two i now feel better not as tired cannot tell you if i have lost weight yet it is to soon to tell as for side effects i have not experienced any at all

Great for boosting metabolism despite chronic fatigue

I've been trying to lose weight, and this helps by speeding up my metabolism so I digest food quicker and have more energy. Since I have been struggling with chronic fatigue for over a year, I don't really get to work out as much as I used to, so these types of supplements help me keep my metabolism up and give me a little extra energy as well, so even though I'm not getting as much exercise as I used to, I'm still able to burn fat.

What's interesting about it is I can tell it's working because while I will feel just fine, if I touch my skin around my digestive system, it will be hot, not like feverish hot but like it gets when I've been exercising a lot. It only does this after I take this and eat.

I recommend taking it before a meal, but it also helps if you forget and take it after eating. A morning dose helps by getting you started for the day, too.

I wouldn't recommend taking it before bed, though. It has caffeine, so it's likely to give trouble with falling asleep.

When I first saw this, I thought it was only for people on keto diets, but it turns out that it's called keto because it uses the underlying principles of a keto diet to help with weight loss. I combine it with berbebine to lower my blood sugar, and these seem to complement each other REALLY well.

I give 5 star because it's really helpful for me..I just give birth 3months ago and I was very depressed about my tummy...because it was really big and even if I didn't eat much but still I didn't loss weight...and people always telling me that i am fat now..so I purchased this pills to try if it helps me..and my husband telling me not to take because it's doesnt help..but I did try for 1week now but I see the differences my tummy became flat and I loss weight...I cannot wait to see after I take the 2 whole bottle..

I wanted to see the difference these would make by themselves, so I decided not to do intermittent fasting, drinking coffee, or the keto diet while taking these so that I could clearly see the results from simply taking the pills, and I have to say I'm impressed. No more afternoon or early evening crashes in energy, no more sluggishness throughout the day. It took me a few days to realize it, but not to see the results of it. I'll continue taking the whole supply I have and update my review if needed, but I'm definitely on track to order more at this rate!

These keto pills really works. I like that they give you energy without the heart racing feeling. For most of the day I'm not hungry & there is days I just eat one meal a day (When I am really busy). These pills take your body into an instinct keto function. I will use these pills until I train myself to eat a healthy strict low carb diet again.

So I bought this well...10 days ago and I don't know..I don't have a scale that works right so I can' say how much, if any weight I have lost in the 10 days I a have been using it, only that I did have to take my belt in one more notch on day 7. for what that means. As to the rest, I take it in the morning before I eat, but I haven't had any real sense of energy reported by some other users. I have been struggling with fatigue for months, sleeping all the time, even falling asleep at work and so far this hasn't affected that, of course I am almost 200 lbs over weight ( i tip the scale in the low 350s) so it may take more time for me to see any affect in that area. I have noticed brief bursts of energy at work, but they are followed by the same crash I have been experiencing for the last several months. I will see how this goes after I finish the first of the two bottles I bought and then decide after finishing the second if I will continue with it.
