After cleaning the area with alcohol wipes let it dry completely.

Put Patch over the sensor pod and secure it in place.

• The removal technique: 1) Use an adhesive remover wipe - Apply the wipe around the edges of the patch and let it sit for 30-60 seconds to break down the adhesive. 2) Alternative oil method - If you don't have adhesive remover wipes, use baby oil or mineral oil. Apply generously around the edges and let it soak in. 3) Peel slowly - Start at one edge and peel slowly at a low angle (don't pull straight up). Work your way around gradually. 4) Remove in the shower - Warm water and steam can help loosen the adhesive, making removal easier.
