SS10 size, approx 3mm, pretty small, 12 facets, a pack of 720 pieces.

Glue is already on the back,easy to apply: Fabrics - just position them and lay a hot iron on them - Depending on the heat of your iron, it may take a few seconds.

Use double sided tape or additional glue without heat works fine also.
