Item is made out of aluminum and performs without issues. You can use a 7/8" socket to install the adapter on the engine.
This adapter will work perfectly for 5.3 6.0 Vortec, etc. You can use it on your swap and use it to hook up a mechanical oil pressure gauge.
Removed the stock oil pressure switch, threaded the adapter in and your 1/8" stock oil pressure line fit right into the adapter. works perfectly and is hidden behind the intake.
Male M16-1.5 and Female 1/8" NPT. Worked well on ls1. Fits existing test kits with 1/8" npt threads.
Fits: All GM LS Series Engines.
