The idler of this product is a double ball bearing technology that provides smoother drum rotation, reduced motor wear and long lasting belt tension.
DC93-00634A dryer idler is connected to the drum and engine through the belt, in the middle position, maintaining the tension on the transmission belt, turning the belt when the engine starts, making the drum rotate.
When the drum rotates intermittently, but makes a dull sound; or the drum does not rotate at all(The engine is working properly), it may be that the idler of the DC93-00634A dryer is broken.
