Although I don't have a problem with this product, I also don't know how effective it really is or if it actually works. I can't say that I notice a difference from taking it for several weeks. The problem I have is with their deceptive marketing department and their cavalier attitude towards customers. The irony to this is that I had no problem with them until I tried to redeem a coupon for a free bottle that came with the one I ordered. Their automated system rejected my coupon so I contacted them, which was a far more difficult than it should be. As with so many companies today, they don't have a clear and straight forward way to get in touch with a human being to resolve problems and their site is designed to keep you going in circles without getting anywhere. They even have a Contact "link" that does nothing - very frustrating. After an unreasonable amount of time navigating their site, I was eventually able to send an email to see what could be done. It took a few days to get a reply which was rather curt, unapologetic, and sterile. They wrote that "code had been reset". I assumed this meant that they'd fixed it so I could enter the code and proceed with my complimentary order. Well, it didn't work, so I emailed back to get clarification as to what that meant. After another couple days, I received another similar email that told me that if I was using the same email address that I was currently corresponding on, it wouldn't work and to try another email address. This of course made no sense as the offer clearly states to use the email address associated with one's Amazon account. I also don't use other email addresses. Anyway, I tried the other email address I have just in case somehow it got associated with all this which of course didn't work. Having spent far too long getting frustrated over this, I sent a final email and let them know that their little marketing campaign did a great job at pissing a customer off to the point of looking elsewhere. Any decent company would have been overly apologetic and probably would have just sent me a complimentary bottle. Not only did they not do any of this, I never even heard back from them which just tells me that they really don't give a damn about their customers. Well, Schwartz, you lost this customer and frustrated me enough write this.

UPDATE: After posting this review, I received another offer for a free bottle on Facebook. I followed the instructions there which told me to post a review on Amazon and forward to Schwartz for a free bottle. After sending them my less than stellar review, I actually received 3 free bottles from them. I also received an apologetic response to this review and from their social media person who handled the FB offer. Because of this I'm upgrading to 3 stars for now as I feel they really need to keep better tabs on the manner in which their staff responds to customers. They nearly lost me for good and obviously got a little bad press from an otherwise content customer because of the way they responded to my inquiries.

I've had good luck with their Probiotics and they were running a special so I decided to give this a try. I've taken them for 15 days or so and so far so good. As I said in my review of the probiotics it has helped a lot with the acid reflux I was waking up in the middle of the night with and helping overall digestion. I take one of these upon waking and one before bed with a probiotic. I had some bloating and gas at first, I think this is a natural thing that your system goes thru when you start introducing the good bacteria to your system. Mine was comprised thru extreme antibiotic prescriptions and I think this has helped get me on the right path. I took the refrigerated versions of the popular probiotics--noticed no difference and that was at least double the cost. I'm curious as to how taking these together will impact my health a month or two from now and will update my review accordingly. I will tell you that being able to sleep all thru the night is such a relief.....I've been taking other supplements in conjunction with these, but I honestly do feel like these have helped me.

I've noticed that when I include prebiotics into my daily supplement routine that I have much better digestion of my food & meals. In the past, I had been lacking this in my diet and I would experience some stomach discomfort based upon some certain types of food that I consumed. When I take these with a meal, I don't get that same uncomfortable feeling and I am able to again enjoy the foods I typically consume through my diet.

Thank you BioShwartz. I would like to urge, encourage, even harass ,if I need to :) , Anyone suffering from bowel problems, abundant yeast growth, chronic adult acne, bloating, the list of conditions that effective probiotics help eliminate is extremely long. I first bring up probiotics in this review as they are the necessary starting block to improve your overall health and increase your daily comfort, but which one to buy? Here on Amazon there are numerous reputable companies manufacturing good probiotics, but which one repeatedly offers a product that gets results?

My boyfriend and I both suffer from illnesses that affect our immune systems. My boyfriend was diagnosed with Crohns disease almost a decade ago. I have IBS along with another illness that affects my digestion and bowel function. We have polar opposite symptoms from our illnesses one suffers from cramping, gas, and diarrhea the other bloating and constipation. I was directed to add a good probiotic to my regime. This started my trial of over ten different probiotics manufacturers. I try only probiotics with 30 - 60 billion units. I always try each manufacturer at least twice. Why? I am told there are numerous reasons why the same brand of supplement will produce differing results from month to month. Predominantly due to the simple difference in a person's habits. But I needed results. After two years of trying everything from the most expensive options, the highest rated, products new to the market, favorite brands sold at local stores Costco, Vitamin World, Now Foods, I found two brands on Amazon that 4 out of 5 times corrected my bowel functions to the point that I no longer felt bloated, very little gas, they even clear up my acne. You bet gut health has a huge affect on adult acne.

I write this review to save you A LOT of time and 💰.

Of those two brands Bioschwartz sells my preferable pre and probiotic. Why? Simple . Consistent results, Best value, Quality, Convience, and Customer Service.

I take one everyday with my probiotic. I also eat a keto diet, which is known to cause terrible constipation. Since I've been taking these, I'm "regular" everyday. Won't ever miss a dose.

started taking this due to having stomach issues with gas and irregularity. I am happy to say this has helped completely! I forgot to take one day and... was reminded by my stomach why I take it!! Thank You !! Love the Prebiotic and probiotic combo!! I will for sure be getting more!

I don't usually post reviews, but felt like I should on this one. I was suffering from severe c diff colitis. I had been on antibiotics for 18 days with very little improvement. I was taking Florastor 4 times a day & Floajen as per a pharmacist' recommendation. Now, I don't know if this is a coincidence or this product, but within two days of taking this, I dramatically improved!! Either way, I will be taking it for a long time!!

Very high-quality and effective combination when taken with sister probiotic. My doctor recommended probiotics and wrote me a script for one costing $80, which I later found out is available otc for $30 and is quite low on cfu :-o I prefer these because they're a stronger more effective cfu and I can feel them working, balancing out. bacteria which in turn reduces bloat and cravings for sweets.

Been taking probiotics for years did not think I needed prebiotics at all. But I was starting to see that I was increasing my probiotics to get the same results. Than I read about prebiotic these are wonderful, it does make a difference to take these before your probiotic. I now take less probiotic when taking the prebiotics.

My gut health is amazing!
