LONG LASTING:
This liner is NOT water proof, but does have nice staying power. Natural pigments will ensure a long lasting color. It will smudge when applied (if you want a smudged look), but after absorbed it will stay in place until you take it off. Easily removes with soap and water.

HOW TO USE:
Sweep over eye lids from inner corner to outer corner, top and bottom. If going for a smudged look, smudge right away - after it sets it will be hard to smudge. For a cat eye look keep it sharpened!
