In another study, clinical evaluation found marked improvements in skin scaling and roughness, and a dramatic reduction in itching in the ceramide group compared to placebo. Electrochemical analysis revealed significantly improved hydration in the ceramide group as well. I've been using this product off and on for about 2 years now. I notice that when I take this (once a day)...my skin seems plumper and more youthful. When I do not take this, my skin appears dryer with more noticeable wrinkles. After 2 years, every other day, or once a day for 4 days and off for 2 days seems to work well. I am happy with this product and it is one of my definite "go to" items for younger looking skin. I definitely recommend this. I do notice the difference in my skin!

Surprisingly good results!

I was skeptical, but wanted to give this a try to help with my 50+ skin. I have had extreme dryness and flakiness, rough patches and wrinkles. I've only been taking these for about 2 weeks and I see a dramatic improvement in the dryness, flakiness and rough patches. My makeup goes on much more smoothly and my skin looks so much better. Don't see a huge difference in wrinkles, but it's only been 2 weeks.

I can not believe this product.It is like unbelievable.I notice the very first day I took these Life Extension Skin Restoring Ceramides.This is like a miracle pill. Everyday my skin gets noticeable better.I have only been taken these for a little over a week.I have had a dry ruff spot on my elbow for a few years.It is almost gone.I am still bone founded everyday.. My skin is way more moisturizer without lotion. My dry spot on my face is still hanging on. Still getting better just a little slower.I heard that they wore selling out of it.I would Deffintley recommend this with the highest of urgency to get it fast.I getting it as quick as I can.

if you have eczema buy this and don't hesitate, it's a bit pricey compared to the other brands on this site but it works.
