Thickness of half sole is 0.16 inches(0.4cm), thickness of heelpiece is 0.43 inches(1.1cm), other parts dimension please check the last two image.
Instruction for Use:
remove the original insoles from your shoes.
place the new insoles with the original insoles back to back.
align the two insoles by lining up the back of the heel.
use a mark pen to draw a cutting line by tracing along the toe section of the original insole.
cut the insoles along the cutting line.
