it ONLY fits the Zoom H1n ... no room for cables or anything else. No netting in the top to hold a lav mic, power cord, extra batteries or anything else. There is a reason there are no photos of the inside-top of the case

Works great. We originally did not order this kit with the unit but when we tried to use it with an off brand usb cord it would not function correctly so we bought the kit and have been happy we did as there is more value than just the correct cord. A nice case and a neat little tripod come along too. Also a Mike stand adapter so we are quite satisfied

The ball head on the tripod is not smooth, and weirdly when the knob is loosened to some point, the ball head would get stuck. The case is excellent; The power adapter and micro usb cable are good but useless for most smartphone owners. I prefer they can take the adapter and cable out, and put a better tripod into the package.

Works great. The wind protector slightly obstructs the top of the gain knob, but it isn't a big deal. The tiny tripod serves it purpose well. The case protected my Zoom from both IAH and SEATAC baggage handler in an outside zipper pocket of my gear bag. I'd call that a winner.

The case fits good as long as you take the foam or furry wind cover off the recorder. The little tripod is also fairly good, it won't hold a big camera, but will work fine for the recorder or maybe an action camera. The foam wind cover is a foam wind cover. What can I say? The USB cord and charger are good things to have in your kit. The handle is for use with a boom or extension pole. Not of use if you don't have one. All in all a good kit for the price.

This is a superbargain for what you are getting. If you were to buy just a couple of these items separately, it would cost a lot more! So, if you need just a couple of the main items, for the love of God, go with this!

Personally I find that half of these products are pretty useless unless you don't have any substitute. For beginners, by all means, this is a great kit for the H1n. The foam is pretty good quality and cancels wind noise pretty well. I mostly use the foam and the case and that's pretty much it though. I normally put the H1n on either a standing tripod or gorilla pod. The included tripod is kind of cheap and low quality, but will definitely get the job done if you're in a bind.

Overall good quality. It serves the purpose that it should. I was a little disappointed to find out that the included case is only big enough to fit your zoom h1n. You'll have to find your own way to store and carry the tripod, windscreen, etc.

First one came broken. Two of the legs would extend, but one was stuck.

This works perfectly for me. I use it to capture audio through the mixer when I film weddings so I can get the raw audio for the videos I create.

i wish they have the needed parts in one kit but the parts included are greater than the sum and they are useful.
