I suffer from chronic yeast infections and BV that leave me constantly uncomfortable and worried about odor issues. I desperately sought professional help so many times over the years (even when traveling abroad - it was that bad!) that I began to joke, "Doctors/nurses have seen my lady bits and had fingers up in there more times than lovers have!"

I did everything I knew to do lifestyle-wise to manage. Cotton underwear, no soap or douches, fragrance-free laundry detergent, probiotics, etc. No help. I relied on prescription Diflucan, anti-itch cream, and expensive OTC Monistat treatments that only helped one occurrence at a time. Odor remained a big problem.

I was so embarrassed and hesitant in the bedroom that I would try to distract my partner by insisting on satisfying him first and making him sleepy so that I wouldn't have to undress.

I finally realized that I wasn't "failing" at following professional advice. I was following it, but it wasn't enough, and it wasn't my fault. So, I browsed around for alternative treatments I may not have known about to tackle the problem from all angles. I ordered Dove fragrance-free white bar soap with moisturizing lotion built in so that I could gently clean the area without causing irritation; Balance Complex oral supplements to help any internal issues; boric acid suppository capsules to regulate pH; and this oil blend for odor control.

I wasn't sure if any of it would help, but I hit the jackpot! Two months into this treatment system, I got maybe two mild cases of BV. Boric acid suppositories knocked them right out. And...
...to the main point of this review, this oil blend did WONDERS. It smells SO good, and not in that artificial, perfumy Febreeze way. It is a natural, somewhat herbal-smelling combination of essential oils that (super weird observation) complements my natural scent when I'm infection-free. Another weird observation: it smells very similar to standard Poo-Pourri. That may be an unpleasant parallel to make, but hey, they both incorporate essential oils and excel at trapping odors!

It's also a fantastic mousturizer! In combination with the Dove moisturizing soap, my painful cracked/irritated/torn/raw/scarred skin from years of infections is fully healed! FULLY! I feel unapologetically sexy and beautiful and my confidence has skyrocketed!

How I use it:
- As a moisturizer after showers and shaving (really working it into the skin instead of just spraying and letting it sit)
- Spray a little in my undies for confidence through the day
- Spray some more on them just before working out at the gym for peace of mind
- Whenever I feel skin irritation or smell anything funky (which is a much rarer ordeal these days)
- Spray generously on pads to help control "period smell"

I have fought BV for going on 9 months now, after some recent weight gain and hormonal changes. I was waking up with discomfort and irritation more than 3 times a night. This is the ONLY thing I have tried that offers any type of relief. I have been on multiple antibiotics, hormone replacement therapy, probiotics, tons of natural supplements with no success. The first time I tried this product, it was such instant relief I almost cried. I can use this as many times as I need to, whenever. I would recommend wearing a thin pad and keeping it changed, especially for the first few days. The aroma the oil leaves is much more pleasant than any cream or gel, but it's not overpowering or obvious. I am so thankful I found this product, and have already recommended it to a ton of people!

Love it. Worked for me. I am very skeptical/cautious about putting things in my Nana's area but after reading the ingredients & doing some research of my own I decided to take a chance. I only used it twice within a 24hr span. ( Before & after work) when I felt the oh so dreadful reoccurring symptoms of bv that I've been fighting for years starting up. I literally haven't had a problem since. That was around Christmas time. No side effects & surprisingly no reoccurring symptoms since I used it. I would definitely recommend this product to any woman with a sensitive Nana like me.

This stuff is amazingly awesome!

I have used it daily since I got it, and will be getting more for my purse, both bathrooms and an overnight sack. It provides almost immediate healing to vaginal tissue. I wrestle back and forth between yeast and vaginitis...It came right when I was in the middle of a feminine issue, and it put it in check -- AND I have not had that problem since. No itching, no discharge. Feeling fresh and healthy!

Not what I expected, but still great!

This wasn't really what I was expecting, but I still like it a lot. It's an oil spray that basically maositurizes your lady area very well, which helps with a lot of the problems that I have with dryness, irritation, and it seems like it even helps with sysmptoms that I'd previously attributed to constant yeast or bacterial infection. It may not be for everyone, since it does leave a moist feeling, but you can always adjust the amount you spray. I will very likely order again.

My two biggest concerns are smell and how uncomfortable I can get sometimes! The past few months have been riddled with UTI's and yeast infections, sometimes simultaneously! Spraying this on a panty liner or applying it directly to the area has helped to ease my discomfort and any anxieties I may have about the way a product can make me smell.

I've been fighting vaginitis and yeast infections since my hysterectomy 8.5 years ago. I've found ways to keep it under control but recently developed an itch that would NOT go away. In desperation I started searching the internet for ideas and ran across Bona Dea. As soon as I received it I tore open the package so I could use it. I was not disappointed! After total hysterectomy

I had my hysterectomy in February 2019, and as a regular part of the surgery, I had to have my cooch stitched internally. During the healing process, I had to wear pantyliners due to the normal slight bleeding I was having, as well as drainage from the stitches. Needless to say, the smell wasn't so pleasant... putrid to be exact! I was changing my liner every hour because I could literally smell the blood as soon as it hit my liner (sorry for the gruesomeness). I had to do something because I was embarrassed to be around anybody cause if I smelled it; I knew they would! Long story short... I came across this product and thought "why not?" I'm so glad I did!! After I showered, I would spray about 2 to 3 pumps on my liner while it was already placed on my underwear and it was a saving grace! I no longer smelled like "old blood"! I could finally sit down with my legs open and not worry or think somebody smelled me! Would definitely recommend this. And nope! This isn't a paid review. It has a slight, medicinal scent when sprayed but immediately disappears after about 8 seconds.

New Definition of Fire Crotch, NOPE!

The bottle I got was leaky, so I reached out and was promptly sent another. Meanwhile I tried this stuff not once but foolishly twice. While it smells nice, it LIT me up, giving the term Fire Crotch a whole new meaning. Since I first tried it during an episode, I gave it the benefit of the doubt (SO well rated) and tried it a second time. UGH. Have spent an entire day in MISERY. NO THANKS, back it goes. I would NOT recommend this to anyone, let alone someone with sensitive lady bits.
