We are in Maryland and all our orders are shipped with USPS First Class Mail (USA address only). Expedited Delivery services are available at Extra Cost. Customer who use Freight Forwarder must select Expedited Delivery Services. We recommend engrave the Basic Information which is the pet's name and a phone number. You can also put additional information such as the address, city, state, and zip code; REWARD, medical, or Vet information! You can put whatever you want on the pet ID tags. Just remember: Many lines, and many characters per line, result in smaller engraved text on the tags.
