Our bed skirt is elastic and could be hooped on the mattress. If your mattress is too thick, you could pull the bed skirt to the bottom of the mattress. If your mattress is thin, you could pull it to the top. Please measure the height of the mattress to the floor before purchase it. And we provide a variety of colors, sizes and heights to choose from. Please free replacement on Amazon if size or height aren't suitable.

1The item actually does not have a top and is made like a belt around the box spring. Our bed skirt have multi ruffles and two wrap around elastic.

2 We used brushed microfiber to product it, so we have confidence in quality.
