I've had the same Xbox for 4 years straight no problem at all. Got this for my gf so she could have some exclusives and I love spotify. This thing buzzes loudly when a disc is inserted and has already shut itself off because of the poor quality and inability. I was always a PlayStation fan so I was excited to finally acquire another, but I've been so disappointed. I give the extra star specifically for the spotify support.

The console works great. Now. Apparently there's an issue with PS4/ Samsung smart TVs. The HDMI connection doesn't work. Had to use a component adapter to get it to work. Unknown if it's a PS4 or Samsung issue. Or communication issue with both.

My 16 year old son is an XBOX lover. He is knowledgeable and involved the gamer community but I had been wanting a Playstation for some of the exclusive games. He really likes it a lot but says he still prefers the Xbox controls.

Game console has arcade type graphics very entertaining games has wifi so you can purchase and download games but will not play audio cds.

Good Morning

This is a Christmas Gift.. it arrived on time and box was fine as well as game.

My only concern was it wasn't sealed and looked as if it was looked thru but packaged back fine except for fine two dents very small. I thank you for allowing the return up to January 31st. I'm sure my son is going to Love This!!

Okay I got the ps4 but it came with spiderman which I never said I wanted and never gave me the cords for it and a ps4 controller but luckily I had all those things from my old ps4 which broke

My wife purchased this as a gift for me. I attempted to return it due to a defective condition and Amazon informed me that it was a promotional item and therefore was not subject to any warranty, return or refund conditions. They refused to refund, or exchange the console. It's only 6 months old, and will not turn on now. Been an Amazon Prime member for an extremely long time. I am very disappointed.
