Installation instructions: 1) Using a long, thin implement (such as a thin, flathead screwdriver or a nail file), pry the old gasket out of the holding area (it should dislodge easily but may need to be worked out). 2) Slightly stretch out the new gasket. 3) Place the new gasket on top of the holding area and work it into place in a circular motion. ALL SET! Perfect replacement gaskets / o-rings / seals for all Klean Kanteen (TM) Café Caps and Wide Caps, including Café Cap 2.0, Café Cap 1.0, Wide Loop Cap and Flip D-Ring Cap. Gaskets get lost periodically and get warped/worn out over time. A damaged gasket (or no gasket, at all) means a poor seal, leading to a leaky bottle. Always have a spare on hand! Our gaskets are made from high-quality, durable, food-safe silicone and are BPA-free, phthalate-free and latex-free.
