Get rid of your coated pans!

Are you tired of the coating coming off your coated one? Then don't buy them anymore. This is a good heavy gauge pan that is worth the little extra money. It something gets burnt on it, take some abrasive cleaner to it like Comet and scrub it off. These pans are a lot easier to keep clean than coated ones because you can actually scrub them. You can't do that with a coated pan. The best part of the Nordic pans is that they are heavy gauge metal and they won't bend when you put pressure on them (like when you are scrubbing them). They maintain their shape regardless of the abuse you give them.

Lasagna for two!

Perfect size to make a small lasagna. I KNOW it's for cakes, but I use it for lasagna. I've also used it for cake and to roast potatoes. Yeah...I multi-purpose it. Hint...use parchment paper on the bottom to prevent sticking and for easy clean up.

Received the other day. I've washed the pan and made a batch of brownies in it. So far this thing is AMAZING. I used shortening and flour to coat the pan and the brownies popped right out. Evenly baked. I will update this review as I use the pan, but so far too pan feels and performs better than ANY baking pan I've ever used.

Very nice heavy duty pans. I always buy the Nordic Ware brand because they last forever and produce well-baked cakes, cookies, etc. To maintain the finish, these should be hand washed. I line my pans with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

I bought this pan for baking brownies. I had went to the store to the store to buy a pan like this and all they had was glass. I got the glass pan home and it had a chip out of it so I took it back and ordered this one. Then I discovered that the glass pans are from China and they are exploding in the oven from the reviews. I am saying thank you USA for a great pan.

I have several Nordic Ware baking pans and they are the best pans for baking. They are really well made and will last a lifetime. Baked goods come out perfect, especially cookies when using Nordic Ware cookie sheets. Highly recommend!

Product dimensions are listed as 8x8x2. Actual dimensions are 8.5x8.5x2.5, so it will not fit where I need it (an 8qt InstantPot), and they want to charge me almost half the price for return shipping. It may be a great pan for some purposes, but it's not what I need, and now I'm stuck with it.

I finally tired of non-stick pans, or cheap aluminium that burned or unevenly baked items. After reading reviews on cooking sites, I ordered this. I use parchment paper for easy removal of baked goods, and they come out cooked perfectly. The extra strength the manufacturer adds to the rim means the pan has not warped under high heat. Soooo happy!
