I absolutely hate screen protectors and refuse to put on on my phone because how much it affects the screen quality. With that said I tend to be really rough on watches so I figured I'd give it a go after reading the positive reviews and it was so cheap I would only be out less than $10.

I'm sure glad I did! The screen protector goes on so easy, fits great and most importantly for me you do not even notice it! I absolutely recommend this product for your Garmin

The only screen protector I have put on that works, no bubbles, etc. I dont usually have luck with other screensavers, but this went on perfectly on the first go, and will never know it's on there.

Does not reduce the clarity of the screen like any other screen protectors.

The only way you can tell it's on there, is if you look side on, can just see it, as its ever so slightly smaller than the screen, but hardly noticable at all, and made just ever so slight so you can maneuver into place and wont lift.

Love how you have plenty of time to get the screen saver just right.

If you have trouble fitting screen protectors them this is great, much easier to install compared to other screen protectors.

With others you have to place them first go and in the right place.

In fact looks like I dont even have a screen protector. It's just the right size.

This has a bit of a unique application process using liquid etc, but because of that, the installation was easy. It's a bit like applying a window film/tint if you have ever done that before, since it's not a sticker style, you have a bit of give to adjust it around once it's on the surface.

Once it's on, you can't tell it's there, and seems to do the job well protecting the surface. As it had 6 patches, I have used them on other smaller watches as well as the water proof camera lens, by simply trimming with scissors, and they worked pretty well, too. Would buy this brand again in the future.

Avoid these for good reason...

These are flismy soft plastic covers, similar to a vinyl film. Extremely difficult to center before laying and once they touch that is it. The adhesive is stronger than the material and if you try to move it the material stretches and it's trash. I thought this was a good deal but turns out I used the whole box trying to get one that went on and/looked decent. The one I did get on that had a couple bubbles we're easily damaged by the included rubber squeegee when attempting to remove them. I highly doubt if you are able to get one of these on and it does look decent that it will last any amount of time. The material is just too soft and will damage just from daily wear.

To big for the Fenix 5S Plus - Don't buy

I have the Garmin Fenix 5S Plus and bought this item as additional protection for my watch and the description states Fenix 5S Plus. I received the item and on the box it states Fenix 5, not sure if that makes a difference. When I applied the material to the watch face it was lifting all around the edges. At first I thought it was the way I installed it and just pressed down on the edges to see if it would hold.

After the first day I could see the lift still and by day 3 it was lifting really bad so I took it off and wanted to try it again with a new one, thinking I did something wrong. I still have the cover that was on my Fenix 5S plus when i purchased it and placed them together prior to installing and the IQ Shield is too big for the Fenix 5S Plus face.

I emailed the seller on June 25, 2019, however they still have not responded.

Great alternative to glass.

After my second tempered glass protector cracked I decided to try these out. They're not as smooth as the glass, there's a slight ripple effect when viewed at certain angles, but they are way more durable. Install was a bit tricky making sure no dust got between it and the screen but with 6 in a pack, you can redo it until perfect. They've held up very well despite exposure to the ocean, chlorinated pools, and lots of hand washing.

Works and looks great, it only takes a few minutes to install, although you do need to let it dry overnight. Yes this is a wet install, not a showstopper but just good to know. If you want to use the watch immediately after you install this is not the screen protector for you. I have only had it on the watch for a day but so far so good.

Many reviews for this product mentioned difficulty in application and quality. I took the risk because it's a low cost way to protect my expensive Garmin 5. If you follow the (simple) instructions on the company's webpage you will not go wrong. It took me a only few minutes to apply and it worked like a charm first time. Based on all the complaints I read I can only think people rushed the installation or cut corners. It really is easy so READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!

finally a screen protector that works. i have a Garmin fenix 6 sapphire and this is the second screen protector im trying out. the first around I got one made of glass, it was too thick, conspicuous and lacked adhesion.

happy to report that this plastic screen protector worked out great. sticks well and is almost impossible to tell that i have a screen protector on the watch face.

Easily installed when I took the original plastic off the watch face. Fits the Fenix 5 perfectly. I chose to wear latex gloves while applying this screen protector to ensure I didn't get finger oils on the watch face or IQ protector.

No issues so far.
