This stuff has been a lifesaver. It has cut colds off and kept them away.
We don't use these year round. I tend to buy them at cold and flu season or at the first sign of a runny nose. I break out these and my essential oils. Then BAM, I hit that cold where it hurts.
I can honestly say that these have made a tremendous difference in my 10 year old recovery times from colds. What used to be 5-7 days is 2-3. It is amazing.
I am always sad to hear of it not working for others when it works SO well for us. I do know the difference may be the fact that I use essential oils as well, but that is easy for me because I sell them, I know their overall benefits to my families well being, because I have seen the two of these work together and what a wonderful difference it makes!
We only have to take 1 daily as opposed to 2 of other brands and they don't taste bad at all

My 8 year old & I took these all flu season long and only came down with one mild cold. I am immune compromised and was worried about sick season. I did not get the flu shot for either of us and was worried about the brutal flu season this year. I researched a lot before purchasing and these have the least amount of junk (corn syrup, etc) and the highest elderberry content of any gummy. We only have to take 1 daily as opposed to 2 of other brands and they don't taste bad at all! I got them for $7.50/bottle then they went out of stock everywhere and went to over $20 a bottle!! When they come back in stock I will be stocking up to have on hand at all times!
**UPDATED- so I thought flu season was over (April) and we stopped taking elderberry all together. 2 weeks later I came down with pneumonia and the flu! Needless to say I'll probably be taking these year round now**

LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE!!! We've used these for about 3 years now. I give one to each child of mine daily ~ ESPECIALLY during cold & flu season and *knock on wood* they are super healthy! Personally, I was feeling run down one day like I was getting a cold & I took one of these and *BAM* I felt MUCH BETTER without any lingering symptoms!

love these gummies they work great for the immune system I just wish there was more of them in the bottle. The gummies actually have more Elderberry in them than the syrup does so I choose these instead plus the kids really like the gummy flavor

These taste good, they are kind of dry. I cannot comment on the effectiveness of these because I haven't really gotten sick yet, I mean I started to feel sick and I started to take these and then I ended up not getting sick so maybe they worked, I don't know. I usually make up a dry batch of elderberry syrup and drink that but I thought I would try something quick and easy, besides my kids love to chew the gummies.

I suppose these helped me get over my last cold quicker, but I wouldn't buy this brand again, They almost seemed old and somewhat dried out, even though the expiration date is over 2 years away. The aftertaste I can only describe as somewhat moldy tasting. Get another brand.

These would make a great gummy snack even if they weren't a great immune system enhancer. I bought these to help ward of flu and colds. So far, so good this winter. Many around us have had the nasty flu this year, but not me or my husband! These babies work!

These taste like candy, I have to remind myself to only eat one! :) Much better then other vitamins I have to choke down. And I really think this helps with fighting off a cold. My husband was sick for a week, whereas I took these the first day I felt it come on and I was better the next day.

I've been buying this product for a couple of years and found found the texture and flavor very favorable. These last two bottles that arrived a couple of days ago were not the same. The gummies appeared old and somewhat dried out and the smell of the berries was caustic when I opened the bottle. Had to send them back. Hope the manufacturer goes back to the original formula.

I have used black elderberry syrup & loved it. I thought gummies would be less messy.
These smell incredibly strongly of elderberry, ok - but they TASTE like elderberries mixed with dirt. Or dirty plastic. They advertise their texture, saying it won't stick to your teeth. It feels like chewing soft plastic, and not in a good way. It did stick to my teeth, but not for long because the taste was so nasty I brushed them immediately. Twice.
Zero stars.
