Quercetin belongs to a class of antioxidants called flavonoids that give fruits and vegetables their bright colors. Quercetin is one of the most common flavonoid polyphenols around as it is found in many fruits vegetables and grains.Flavonoids support capillary wall stability and healthy collagen development, balance immune response, and provide cardiovascular protection by reducing the oxidation of LDL cholesterol.
