- This is an AGREEMENT between Advertiser and Candi Network. The term of this Agreement begins upon Candi Network receipt of the singed Agreement and will continue in effect through the end of the calendar year in which it is signed and then from calendar year until terminated by either party in accordance with its terms, or at the end of a calendar year by written notice given no later than November 1st of that year. Client also has the ability to stop or start contract via email or telephone. Advertiser agrees to all of the terms and conditions of the selected program, including the Genera Terms and applicable cancellation policies. Client shall receive a monthly opted in opted out sales report generated by mobile app texting technologies.
