Some of these reviews are amazing. People just because you take carb block pills doesn't mean you go all nuts and eat carbs on the daily for every meal. Sheesh. You still have to be careful. I am pretty lazy Keto but I am still careful and only use these for my cheat meals which are few and far between. My daughter is a nurse and I gave her these and she tested them by taking a pill, eating carbs and then testing her urine. She remained in ketosis. Weight loss comes from a combo of different things not from taking a pill before downing an entire pizza.

After reading all of the positive reviews, I jumped in and purchased a bottle. I had been on a great weight loss journey but had hit a plateau. After taking these as directed before my two largest meals of the day, within 2 weeks I had lost 4 pounds, without changing the way I was eating. I've noticed I feel less cravings though the day when taking these as well. Very satisfied with how these have worked out.

This is an amazing product. My brother told me about it and I was a bit skeptical. I tried one full bottle in within 15 days I lost 4.2 pounds. White kidney bean extract has been great for my waist and my waste! I have lost inches around my waist and I am very "regular"! I don't know where I first heard about the extract but it has worked VERY well for me!

I have been eating a lot of carbs lately which would be shown on the scale usually. After taking this product, I have noticed no weight gain throughout days even if I consume a large meal with carbs. It also helps me to digest my food better.

I purchased this product a month ago I was very excited to start taking as I like to eat carbs and thought that it will help block some carbs.but then i purchased again to continue using very disappointed i had checked the pills to compare with the ones that I had already order to my surprise it was two different color capsules from the same company going to send back buyers be aware.

Well to be honest I was very sceptical about this product in the first place but because I love Amazon and their excellent return policy I decided to go ahead and try it the capsules were large but very easy to swallow after taking it for just a couple of days I noticed that I was going to the bathroom after a heavy meal great. Then I went to get my check up from the doctor he says you lost 5 pounds in ten days I told him what I was doing and the product I was using and he said keep doing it so I am. I like this product so far yeah that's great

the product does what it says it can do. i am starting to lose weight and my overall digestion has begun to improve.the only thing i haven't seen is an improvement with my blood sugar. i hope as time goes by this will change. i have been taking this supplement 2 months now.
