Large ceramic casserole pans have always been my favorite; for turkeys, roasts, and roasting veggies. Some of the recipes call for very high oven temps and I was lucky to discover - after 45 years! - that my pans were not safe to use at those temps! They can break without warning - very dangerous. One of them is showing signs of damage. I plan to roast my own turkey this year for Thanksgiving and decided to retire my old pans in favor of a metal one. This All-Clad is beautiful! Used the first time last night for a brussel sprout/carrot/onion/red potatoes roast - 425º - delicious! Crispy dark-brown edged veggies, evenly and quickly cooked without fear of the pan cracking. NOTE: this pan is heavy. I was able to handle it myself, even filled with veggies, but I suspect my husband may get the job of basting the turkey and finally getting it out of the oven. That will be too much for my little muscles, but I think it's worth it.

Worked out great - heavy, substantial pan - not a thin walled imitation. only slightly smaller (1") than my previous pan but handled a 19 lb turkey with no problem - fit better into my oven than the last pan. handle arrangement is very good for moving the pan, then removing the contents. Hihly recommended by this cook. I got this on sale for $80 so it was a great buy.

Purchased a cheaper pan just like this from Bed Bath and Beyond. After one year, and wasn't used very
often, the non stick coating began to peel off so had to toss. As they always say, you get what you pay
for. Have always loved All-Clad cookware, and loving this pan!
Doesn't "feel or act" like All-Clad

It is an All-Clad product, but it doesn't "feel or act" like All-Clad. I use All-Clad pots currently for cooking and have used an All-Clad non stick griddle in the past which we loved! I destroyed that griddle until the non stick layer started peeling off, it took about 8 years to make that happen (metal utensils, high heat...). This roasting pan has already scratched with one cleaning when I left a metal utensil in it to wash dishes. My best guess is this won't last a year with how we use our cookware.
I would still buy All-Clad products, except this one.

Finish chipped off the wire rack the first time it was used. Replaced by All-Clad. Have not used the replacement yet.

I got this as a wedding gift from my registry, and love how amazing the quality is. I have used it multiple times for turkeys, roasts, hams, you name it. It's pretty much a holiday staple and I am certain I will be using it for many, many years. My mom loved it so much when I used it last Thanksgiving she requested one as a Christmas gift!

This roasting pan has been used several times so far, mainly for roasting vegetables, and it has worked great. The nonstick coating is very durable, and the handles are convenient for takingg it out of the oven without having to grab a hot pan. I have some other All-Clad cookware and am very pleased with all of them.

Solid cooking piece that my wife wanted to Christmas. All-Clad makes quality items. Just be aware that the handles stick up, as you can see in the image, which requires more storage space but helps when you're handling a hot roasting pan.
