I love this cookware! It cooks perfectly. Nothing sticks or burns. I have three pieces of it now--this 8-qt, 4-qt pot, and the 2 1/2-qt. sauce pan. All are a dream to cook in. I also have All-Clad Master Chef pots and pans. I thought they were the best until I started cooking in the HA1 Nonstick pans. The HA1 pans are superior in quality!

Nice size, weight, shape. Cooks great pot of chili, soup, and more with easy cleanup. Concerned about scratches but so far so good since only use wood or silicone utensils and hand wash. Says dishwasher safe but don't care to try it since the pot works great.

Update: Pot got washed on bottom rack of dishwasher. Outside took a bit of a beating but inside still looks just about new after more than two years of regular (almost daily) use. Still recommend handwashing even though the box lists as dishwasher safe (because the inside and outside looked almost new before it got washed in the dishwasher at more than two years of that use), but would use top rack only if compelled to wash it in the dishwasher. One solid pot, though.

I can usually justify anything, and buying this pan is no different. I'm skipping the standard blah blah of the quality of All-Clad because I'm guessing you know that already. If you're on the fence about spending around $150 on a 8-quart pan, let me assure you it's worth it. The capabilities & flexibilities of this pan is nothing short of miraculous. You'll enjoy cooking more, it will make you a better cook, and cleaning this pan takes like two nano seconds so you can finish that bottle of wine instead of standing in front of your sink with a scrub pad.

Love this pot. Nonstick doesn't even begin to describe it. I made fudge in this pot. After it cooled down just the wipe of a rag to get the rest out.

Old world quality, has a great, sturdy feel to it. Don't buy unless you are fed up with your other branded pots and pans as you will be replacing the others after you feel these.

Love the way this pot distributes heat evenly, easily cleans up, and looks good over time. I had purchased another set of a different brand and it started scuffing, not cleaning up clearly, and the finish chipping away, and I get none of those issues with the All-Clad pots. I'm slowly adding more to my kitchen. The only downside is that they are heavy, so that's why I took off a star.

really heats nicely and cooks sauce and soup without burning on low gas professional stove top. Easy to clean and so far the coating is like new use only wood or silicone utensils and hand wash.

Worth the money. With such quality. The price seems obliviously reasonable. I got the pot this morning and started cooking, the cooking experience is perfect just what I have expected. Love this pot!! Great choice! Cheers!

This pot was not cheap, but its built like a tank and i will pass it on to my kids.
