The Westek SLC6CBC-4 from Amertac is a programmable screw-in light control that helps you simulate home occupancy and turn your lights on and off automatically. 2 devices are included with your purchase

The device uses photocell sensor technology to automatically turn lights on at dusk and off at dawn. Or, you can program the device to turn off 2, 5 or 8 hours after they have turned on. Additionally, use the 'random' feature which turns your lights on and off at varying times, helpful for deterring potential intruders. This is very useful for unoccupied vacation and rental properties.

The light control device works with your indoor and outdoor lighting and is ideal for hallway lights and lamps, as well as your outdoor floodlights, porch lights and pathway lights. It is compatible with incandescent, compact fluorescent and LED bulbs up to 100 watts and works in any position.

Installation is very straightforward. Simply screw the light control into a desired light fixture and then screw a bulb into the control to complete installation. Full instructions are included with your purchase. No tools or wiring is required.
