The AC Infinity rack screw set is designed for installing various rack mount devices such as shelves, cable managers, network and AV equipment. The screws are constructed of high-grade strengthened carbon steel which prevents stripping. With a zinc chromate plating, they are more corrosion and rust resistant than black oxide coatings. Pre-installed nylon washers on each screw averts scratching equipment. Each set includes 50 pieces of 12-24 screws and washers; and a reusable plastic screw jar.

Great rack screw for both hidden rack closets and visible audio rack components, especially when you have thicker mounting plate devices like cisco and ubiquiti. Nice screw cap reusable container with a foam line bottom.. actually makes it easier to remove the screws without scraping the bottom of the container. Great packaging, great screw... Yea... I'm that guy that can appreciate a good screw... and rereading that makes me laugh, but its still true on all counts.. Can't go wrong with this one.

Make sure you get the correct threading for your rack... 12/24 and 10/32 are the common ones.

It's just a pack of black screws (and washers), right? Yes, but besides looking great, they don't come in a bag or container that once opened is prone to spilling or losing.

Instead, it comes in a really handsome, black container - with a foam-lined floor that reduces the impact of movement - that is very convenient to leave in the rack.

I know it's absurd to praise a product for its packaging but in this case, for such a commodity product, it goes above-and-beyond in a way that is truly practical. Highly recommend.

So, we use 10000+ of rack screws a year. I don't usually order them but I needed some for a remote job. These are probably the nicest rack screws I've ever bought. Great case (not just a bag), nylon washers (must have), and overall good rack screws. I doubt I will buy many in quantities of 50 but if you do... these are great.

I do wish the phillips drive was little beefier. It's enough but it could strip with the wrong tension setting.

Yes, I am sitting here writing a review on RACK SCREWS... Never thought I'd ever do that, but given how many horrible rack screws I have dealt with in my life, it's important to me. These are by far the best rack screws I have ever worked with, They are hard to strip out and get a nearly perfect fit compared to the random trash the device manufactureres ship.

Only complaint... I want BIGGER QUANTITIES. Please, sell me a 200 piece tub.

Very high quality screws in terms of the thread. Matched exactly the threaded 12-24 holes on my expandable wall mounted TrippLite rack. So far they appear to be holding weight just fine in a typical network rack setup with rack mounted battery backup. I like the added touch of the rubber/plastic washer to protect the surface of what I'm securing to the rack. I will definitely buy more of these in the future when I need them and recommend them to my colleagues/friends.

They are as described and work in my server rack. I knew the size and thread needed (12/24) and these fit perfectly. I would like them to screw down a bit tighter so they loose a star, but they do the job.

Perfect, the un-threaded tip means they go in and enter the rack threads as easily and smoothly as you could want, the container is great for keeping the spares organized, the pre-installed washers keep my expensive equipment from getting scuffed (Some might consider it a silly thing to worry about but I like my rack and the equipment in it to look as good as possible for when the big whigs roam around and avoiding screw scuffs is a small help to that.), and the whole arrangement just ends up looking great.

These came with soft washers inside a nice container that make them easy to store. Not really a lot to say about rack screws. They appear well made and all the ones I used had no issue going into the rack nuts. Good value for the money.

I know many aren't into attention to detail, but I notice little things. This screw is a quality screw. The finish on it is top notch. Very nice to have the container they come in. They fit and carry well in my tool bag so that I have them at the ready. I bought the 10-32 and 12-24. I only wish M6 was available. In my line of work as a project engineer, I am prone to run into any of the above.

TYPICAL SOFT SCREW, EASY CAM OUT

Carbon Steel? I am not sure about that. These are your typical soft rack screws that are very easy to damage, because of easy cam out. It is also not like a posidrive head. New Rack rails are notoriously difficult on the first use because you need more torque to get through the factory paint on the threads of the rails. These are also the smaller heads (#2) and won't receive a #3 tip head that has better grip.
