If you get chronic sinus infections, too many colds, or colds that turn into bronchitis or worse, you might want to try nasal lavage. I use a Neil Med bottle, but you may also use a neti pot. I do it once a day, and haven't had a serious cold for 4 years. My sinus infections are a thing of the past. When I bought my Neil Med kit, I got 50 saline packets, each one wrapped in its own nifty disposable package, which is convenient but not great for the trash situation. The first of these bags I got lasted me a year. Great deal, and life changing if you have sinus problems...

Easy to measure and comfortable to use

I like being able to measure out a little more or less of the nasal salt than the packets that I normally buy. Plus the price of the packets increased to what I didn't consider a good deal. This works just as well, but I like this and found it more economical. Overall, I would purchase what offers the better deal.
