They have 2 screw holes for mounting

Comes with a Polycarbonate Lens with All Weather Housing for durability

• [DOT Compliant] These Partsam (2xRed) Super bright LED surface mount 15" inch trailer tail light bars are designed to be completely sealed and waterproof. Made from durable hard plastic, these tail light bars are ideal for flat or even surfaces.
• Size: 15.5" x 1.3" x 0.47" and hole distance: 14.5"; Note: This 15 inch led stop turn tail light bar is about really maybe a half inch thick, but with this little knob where the wires all come out, it's about an inch. So you'll probably need to cut out a hole to allow that to go in. And that little spot is about 9/16 inch. So you might need to have a hole saw or punch out a hole there to allow that to go and not cause any issues with that;
• Each Red light bar has 11 Diodes for a Bright Performance; Polycarbonate lens is sonic welded to the housing.
