I bought my daughters Anna and Elsa for Easter. Even though my daughters love them so very much I am terribly disappointed in the quality of these dolls. They are made of a really hard, hollow plastic that is poorly fit together. Eventually these dolls are going to split in half. The hair on them is super low quality also. We haven't even had these dolls a week and already their hair is starting to mat up, and fall out. The clothes are not the best either. I'm afraid to let my girls dress and in dress Anna and else, because I don't think their outfits would last more than one change. The material is thin, the stitching is poorly done. I'm surprised Disney would put their name on such low quality merchandise. When I bought these dolls I expected them to be more like a Barbie doll. Unfortunately, they are more like a dollar store fashion doll. Even though they are so low on the quality totem pole, my daughters adore them. The like running around the house singing all the little songs frozen has to offer. In the end that is why I gave these dolls 2 stars instead of one. I will keep my eye out for something better. I would not buy these dolls again, and I would not recommend them to a friend.

I purchased this doll to use in making my daughter's fourth birthday cake (I make dress cakes). This doll was perfect. For the price, I wasn't expecting anything amazing, but it is a well made doll. The stitching on the clothes was sturdy. The shoes were not the cheap thin plastic I see in a lot of doll shoes. Overall, for the price of the doll, you can't go wring.

My 2.5 year old has an Elsa doll (given to her by a cousin) and after hours of entertainment with just one doll, we finally brought the sisters back together. This doll is exactly what I would expect for $14 and I am pleased.

Looks exactly as pictured except that Anna's eyes are looking to the side and not straight ahead. Besides that I think it's a pretty good product and you get what you paid for. As it was a doll intended for a 5 year old I didn't care much about the quality as long as it looked decent enough and it does.

I gave my granddaughter an Elsa doll and she then asked for her Elsa's sister. Two days later she was playing with them. Good job Prime.

Bought this so my daughter would have something in theme for the frozen 2 movie... it's exactly what I expected. The legs and arms don't bend at the joints, but that's fine. The doll looks great and as along as it looked remotely close to the character it would have served its purpose. My kid will be working to destroy it between now and the movie release.

I bought this Frozen classic Anna doll for my goddaughter also and this one and the Elsa doll came at the same time in a couple of days from the time I ordered them. So my goddaughter got the joy of playing with both dolls and was very happy about this. I will be purchasing more from this seller for Christmas gifts.
