Fun game just like the show

This game comes with cards that have a "survey question" and it's responses, just like the Family Feud game show. I played it twice over the weekend, once with 5 players and once with 13. It is definitely more fun with more people, but 5 is enough to have a good time with it. I wouldn't want to play with any less than 5 as one player is the host of the game. I used a dry erase board to write the # of responses and filled them in as they were guessed. You don't really keep score with this game - the team who wins the round gets to keep the card and the winner is determined by the team that gets 5 cards first, or in our case we just kept playing for a couple of hours and the team with the most cards at the end was the winner.

We had players ranging in age from 8 to 82. It's not really the best game for kids - the 8 year old struggled on most of the questions, so I would recommend it for teens and up. One of our players was an adult who can't read well. It is difficult to find games he can play that don't require reading and aren't designed for small children. He was able to participate and have fun with this game without feeling left out or bringing attention to his reading difficulty.

I was disappointed that the packaging is so large. The only contents of the cube shaped box is a stack of cards (the cards with the surveys, 3 red X's and 3 blue X's, and card with directions on how to play) - it would be much more convenient to be able to store them in a small box like a standard deck of cards. We also came across a few cards with responses that were outdated - like pay phone and stamp machine.

Overall it is a lot of fun and will become a staple at family get-togethers.

I bought this for cards. I already had another set of cards and needed more. I took this on a road trip/family vacation. It turned out to be a hit! Made the time in the car go by fast and the driver can play too! While on vacation there were 9 of us and we all played. Ages were from 9 to 50 plus. So definitely appropriate for a wide age range. Family friendly game. I also bought the buzz buttons and dry erase board from the 99cent store. We wrote the number of answers on the board an filled them in as the teams answered. The visual dry erase board was helpful. The buzz things made the game more fun. I would highly recommend getting the other items to go along w it. The cards alone I don't think would be that much fun.

Just played Family Feud with parents, grandparents and pre-teens and it was fun. I bought a separate set of two buzzers, a necessity. I wish, in this digital age, there was a way to keep electronic score and view the answers on a TV but that would require a staff! We all had fun but without results on a screen we could forget the answers previously given.

Some of the cards are about very outdated things that even older people would struggle with. While many of the cards are fun and manageable, some of them have such outdated answers that they become tedious. Could use some updating, but if the person playing Steve Harvey picks good cards it's a blast!

Easy, Cheap Party Game

Bought as a gift for a big Family Feud fan, but was a bit disappointed. While fun on the whole, even the box is made from flimsy cardboard, as were the cards. Having bought other "Box" games, I knew to expect shoddy quality but good questions, and wasn't surprised by what I received. The questions are repeats form past merchandise, so hardcore fans may be disappointed. For the price, however, it is a fun little party game with easy setup and fun game play!

Our kids love playing this game with us and watching it on TV. Whenever we play a game together, they always want to start with this one. The only downside is that you'll eventually get to the end of the card stack. Then you'll know all the answers!

Steve Harvey watch out! This is so much fun. I remember the old-time board game and it was a pain to use because of all the little pieces and having to flip over plastic things. This is so....easy to play and a lot of fun. Nothing gets in your way of playing and there are so many cards to play from. The cards are all conveniently packed in the compact box so it's so easy to take on a trip of over to a neighbor's house for game night. I would say that it's appropriate for all ages and it really helps the little learn how to answer questions quicker. High recommend!

Unfortunately the surveys are identical to the 2016 desk calendar, so my family has done them all already! We love going through a few at dinner every night. Engages young and old.

We had so much fun playing this game with our daughter and her family. Our 12 year old grandson loved playing Steve Harvey! It was easy to get started and we laughed a lot.
