It can also be used for mixing, stirring, scraping and transferring small amounts of food. The thin head and pointed end help you get into corners and hug the sides of rounded bowls. Wash prior to first use; dishwasher-safe. Scraper head is heat-resistant to 650°F (343°C) and will not burn or melt. Can be used in cookware on stovetop. Scraper head will not crack, split or permanently stain. For stubborn stains, make a paste of dishwashing crystals and water.
