Tascam's DR-60D is a unique portable recorder designed for DSLR filmmakers. The design of the DR-60 MKII contains a tripod mounting screw on top and a socket hole on the bottom to effectively integrate cameras from Nikon, Canon, Sony and others. A pair of XLR microphone inputs feed Tascam's HDDA microphone, the preamp gain and other controls are easily accessed from the front panel with physical controls instead of software menus for quick adjustment. An outstanding feature of the DR-60D is its ability to work with your editing software. A slate function records a tone to the tracks for easier synchronization to camera audio.
