Arrived dented. Still Works Fine for My Recipe Book

Back cover arrived slightly dented. Functionality of binder is still intact, so I kept it and didn't want to go to the hassle of a return for something so mundane and not very expensive as a binder. Bright red - like a fire truck. 3 D-rings. Easy tab open. Clear plastic viewers on both covers and the spine.

If it hadn't arrived dented, I would be giving it 5-stars. I am using this for a recipe book in my kitchen.
***Note: I also bought an 8-pack of extra wide divider tabs for this binder to sort my recipes, which will be in clear, plastic page protectors. The tab/dividers line up perfectly with the top and bottom edges of the binder's covers. Yay! BUT, the 8 tabs that will contain my labels (entrée, salad, side, etc.) stick out of the binder on the opening side by about 1/2". Not yay. But that isn't the binder's fault, just a note to anybody looking to use wide divider pages with tabs. Maybe it will be an issue for you, maybe it won't.

These binders are definitely made well- sturdy and reinforced. The one-touch open works easily, which hopefully means I won't be applying too much force as you have to in other brands which leads to them getting unaligned. I've had them for almost two months- using to keep LOTS of sheet music in sheet protectors. I am a music teacher and hope they will hold up to my somewhat rough handling of all I transport from campus to campus.

It looks sturdy and the red color is as shown. It's helpful that it is a view binder, whereby you can slip a page into the clear plastic cover to make a title for the book.

But it is difficult to turn pages as there is some resistance. We ultimately decided to return this and buy a different Avery binder instead.

The best thing I can say is that 4 out of 8 binders had rings that worked great. The other four had rings that didn't allow for smooth moving from one side to the other. The page would come off the ring or get caught in the ring and force off a number of pages. It is disappointing to order 8 binders and have only 4 work correctly.

My daughter wanted a colored Binder other than the White Binders I purchase every year. Where I live for some reason its hard for me to find red Binders because they sell out fast. Its a sturdy huge Binder which is big enough for all her papers. Great buy for the money.

VERY CHEAP QUALITY RINGS

Product is very cheaply made. Already on my 2nd binder and I'm having to put tape over the rings just so my pages don't fall out. Sad thing is I'm having to put tape over the rings after only 10min of use. DO NOT BUY or you will be disappointed
