This keyring contains 16 basic expressive things that individuals may want to communicate in relation to how they are feeling or what they want. The handy keyring format means that all symbols are in a convenient format for the individual to carry about with them, which can help them to express themselves more readily. this product, like all our products, was inspired by some of the difficulties we have gone through in raising our own autistic son over the years, and includes a lot of strategies that have helped him to cope with some of the challenges life can bring.

• The symbols are all 7cm square with rounded corners. This makes it a perfect tool to be use anywhere and everywhere, as it easily fits into most pockets.
• Uses the same symbols as the Boardmaker software, which are the images that most schools and facilities rely on. This means that individuals are likely to already be familiar with the symbols used which can be extremely important when trying to encourage the use of the product. The images are Mayer-Johnson images, by Dynavox Mayer-Johnson, and are used with permission.
