REVIEW OF SIX DIAPER COMPARISONS OVER COURSE OF 7 MONTHS.
I hope this helps all the momma's out there make an educated decision on their babies well-being :)
Prices on all of these diapers (size 3s are what's shown in pictures) tends to fluctuate but in general the most expensive to least expensive is as follows: Huggies Snugglers, Amazon Mama Bear, Pampers Swaddlers, Huggies Little Movers, Natural Eden & Earth, Huggies Snug and Dry.
*All have wet strip indicators.
*Rated all these out of 6 without duplicating a rating.
*All diapers were tested for at least 3 weeks at a time and I did size up if they got a bit too snug so fit was ideal for a comparison.
*Reviewed in picture order sequence
Comparison was given on the following categories: overall outside material, inside material, back pocket/elastic back, added fragrance, design, straps durability, #2s, overnights, and lastly additional issues (if applicable)
~~HUGGIES LITTLE SNUGGLERS~~
-Thickest of all the diapers I tested
-Inside material is soft to the touch and durable feeling
-Extra strong elastic back layer "pocket" to catch #2s so they don't ride up back
-Has additional side purple internal straps for extra durability for movement (note: these are not on the N-2 size diapers, only starting at size 3)
-Didn't have any fragrance added to diaper which I liked, less chemicals
-Cute design, classic clean look, Winnie the Pooh
-Straps are soft material and attach to diaper nicely throughout entire length of strap
-Contains #2 waste awesome
-Hold great overnight 8-10 hours (multiple #1s, haven't had #2 to test yet)

~~AMAZON MAMA BEAR "Premium"~~
-Near identical to Snugglers with a few variations
-Thick material overall
-Inside material is soft to the touch (softer than Snugglers) and durable feeling
-Medium strength back elastic (doesn't have the "pocket" design) to catch #2s so they don't ride up
-Didn't have any fragrance added to diaper which I liked, less chemicals
-Cute design, soft blue bear design (they have plain white option too but I haven't tested those)
-Straps are soft material and attach to diaper nicely throughout entire length of strap
-Contains #2 waste great
-Holds well overnight 8-10 hours (multiple #1s, haven't had #2 to test yet)
-Occasionally leaves tiny gel balls, doesn't seem to affect my daughter though in terms of any irritation

~~EDEN & EARTH "Natural" Diapers~~
-Medium thick overall material
-Inside material is soft (super soft, think Viva paper towels soft) to the touch but not as durable feeling like first two. Most "natural" materials. Great diaper if your baby has diaper rash and closest to cloth diaper amongst most disposables
-Doesn't have back pocket or but does have medium strength elastic and seems to contain #2s as long as there isn't a lot or they aren't too runny
-Didn't have any fragrance added to diaper which I liked, less chemicals
-Plain simple design
-Straps are soft material and attach to diaper nicely throughout entire length of strap
-Has additional side internal straps for extra durability for movement
-Doesn't contain #2 the best if I forget to check for, say, an hour. You can see the brown color start to show through the diaper material, no official leaks though
-Doesn't hold multiple #1s as well overnight (no leaks though) just feels "damp" - it's possible it's just the gel absorbent that just feels cool to the touch

~~HUGGIES LITTLE MOVERS~~
-Overall medium thick material
-Inside material is soft to touch (near identical as Snugglers) and more on the durable feeling side like the Snugglers/Mama Bear
-Strong back elastic (doesn't have the "pocket" design) to catch #2s so they don't ride up
-Didn't have any fragrance added to diaper which I liked, less chemicals
-Mickey and Minnie Mouse design
-Straps are soft material and attach to diaper nicely throughout entire length of strap
-Has additional side purple internal straps for extra durability for movement (diaper is made for size 3 and up, not a smaller size in this version)
-Contains #2 waste great like Snugglers/Mama Bear
-Holds well overnight 8-10 hours (multiple #1s, haven't had #2 to test yet)
***Personal rating out of 6 would be 4/6***
~~HUGGIES SNUG AND DRY~~
-Surprisingly on the thinner side overall (even though name has "dry" in it, I just imagined them being much thicker)
-Inside material is soft (similar to Edens natural which was nice) to the touch yet feels durable enough
-Medium strength back elastic (doesn't have the "pocket" design) to catch #2s so they don't ride up
-Straps are soft material and attach to diaper nicely throughout entire length of strap
-Didn't have any fragrance added to diaper which I liked, less chemicals
-Mickey mouse design. Probably useless observation but it has a loud crunchy sound when working with the diaper
-Seemingly holds #1s and #2s ok but not as great as the rest. Still gets the job done just fine though.
-Doesn't hold as well overnight, but no leaks officially. Feels "damp" after #1 sits for maybe longer than an hour. It's possible it's just the gel absorbent that just feels cool to the touch.
-Ran the smallest in terms of overall fit, maybe that's why it's called "snug" and dry?
***Personal rating out of 6 would be 2/6***
~~PAMPERS SWADDLERS~~
-Size N through 2 seems to be a thinner material than size 3 through 4 from my testings. The thin versions are similar to Huggies snug and dry and the thicker versions are similar to Mama Bear
-Inside material is very soft but was more of a mesh type of material verse thicker cloth type. After diaper changes it looked like the layers separated easily but still contained the waste just fine from what I could tell.
-No back elastic or pocket at all to contain #2s. I have had to clean upper back messes with these diapers, I'd say at least one #2 a day for two weeks straight of upper back clean ups with my daughter
-Had a baby powder smell to them, which indicates an added fragrance
-Elmo design
-Straps are a harder plastic type of material that I would think is uncomfortable if it grazed my daughters tummy. Also, the portion of the strap that sticks to the diaper is probably only 1/3rd of the actual strap so I had "loose" straps that easily came undone when getting my daughter dressed if her clothes snagged onto the non-sticky part of the straps.
-Doesn't contain #2s very well in my opinion, multiple leaks mainly in my daughters upper back
-Holds up decent overnight 6-8 hours due to overall diaper thickness for multiple #1s (haven't had to test #2s yet)
-Occasionally leaves tiny gel balls, doesn't seem to affect my daughter though in terms of any irritation
-Ran the largest in terms of overall fit

These have been a great diaper, at least up until December 2018. They have a "New Look" which isn't just a new look, it's an inferior version. It seems Amazon and Huggies now have a special vendor version of these diapers now and it leaks and doesn't fit as well. Not sure what we're going to do as Huggies used to be superior to its competitors, and perhaps elsewhere it still is, but this revised diaper is not. Not cool.
Snug and comfortable fit ... moves with baby ... price ... quality and quantity are incomparable ...

These diapers are hands down the best out there and the price and quantity is incomparable to other big named brands.
I have tried to find a better price point and quantity but to do that you'd have to sacrafice the quality. I would much rather pay the $38 that I do ... for size 1 diapers ... economy plus box that has a 216 count...That lasts for nearly a whole month and believe me ...( my daughter Olivia ... 6 months old goes through them.)
Than to buy others for the same price or more ... for less than quality and surely not near the quantity.
Huggies little snuggers with the indicators for wetness allows for ultimate protection from diaper rashes ... they absorb incredibly well and are shaped in all of the right ways to provide a snug but comfortable fit and made to move with the baby so no worries about leakage or chaffing.
I would recommend these to any parent VS other options. There really is no comparison and we all have something in common ... the comfort of our children and wanting the best for them ... and not breaking our budget.
They may look at first like a higher price point but taking a second look at these... they are well worth the money and you actually use less of them as you would other brands just because of the quality itself.
Feel secure in knowing that these diapers are most definitely the best for any child at any age / stage.
The only quam I have is trying to still find the quantity like these in Size 2. Which next order I will have to go up a size.

The new design sucks! Smaller, feels cheaper and thinner, seems to be harsher on skin. These are not the same diapers. Now stuck with 216 of these!!

Huggies is our favorite brand of diapers! We are transitioning to Cloth but our son is three months old and just hit 11 pounds (not preemie, just tiny!) so we have had to use a lot more disposable diapers than we ever thought we would. We went through a bunch of samples of different brands but REALLY love the stretch and flexibility of Huggies. We did have an issue with the Newborn size not holding enough of his pee - changed every 3 hours at night but would still pee through the diaper. I figure his bladder was just ahead of his size and he has since had no problems in the size 1 - SUCH a relief! I recommend these to all of my friends and getting them from here is much cheaper and convenient than in store.

We have had 22 diapers that are missing the left tab that fastens the diaper, very disappointed!
I love the band in the back for containing poop but the smell after she peeing is aweful!

I want to love these diapers for the fact that it has contained every blow out my daughter has had around the legs and no up the back poops because of the amazing waistband in the back that pamper doesn't have.
I dislike these because of the aweful smell once my daughter has urinated in them, it's almost like ammonia and it makes her stink even with clothes on.
My only other complaint is that she has little indentations of round dots on her skin in the diaper area on front and back once the diaper is wet and she's been in it for a bit almost like a golf ball.
She hasn't broke out from them but I've noticed her butt crack gets more red and irritated than with pampers. We use these for traveling and in the car seat so we can prevent up the back poops but otherwise not my favorite as they also aren't as soft as pampers.
I wouldnt even let my kid crap in these.

The box came opened and re taped, so it's obvious that someone else was not satisfied with these. That alone was reason that these are not going on my child.
We were hesitant at first to order huggies from amazon based on reviews, and now know why. These are garbage and when compared side by side to what we bought in the store, are thinner and the tabs are already pulled out and do not work.
These are so bad, I wouldn't even let my kid crap all over them.

I love that these Huggies diapers have pooh on them and they are labeled front and back for anyone new to diapering a baby or for a professional. These diapers are so absorbent I can leave my sleeping baby in one all night. Plus I haven't had any leaks. I love the pocket design in the back to catch the messy stuff when baby goes and is lying on her back. This diaper also pulls wetness away from baby to help with prevention of a diaper rash. A great buy and I would recommend these for any first time or returning parent(s).

My child had bad diaper rash using generic brands like up and up by target and pampers. We would constantly be changing her diaper ro avoid rashes but, no matter how often we changed her (sometimes ever five minutes) and stayed on top of any bodily function she still had a bit of a rash. Since using huggies snugglers she has much less rash to the point where it is almost completely eliminated. I think she had an ever so slight redness once in 1 1/2 months since making the switch. I highly recommend this brand it seems super absorbent and the blue wetness indication line seems to change immediately.
