The New York ASSMAN License Plate is produced as seen on Cosmo Kramer's 1973 Chevrolet Impala in the episode "The Fusilli Jerry" from the television series Seinfeld. Kramer was referred to as "Assman" in reference to the license plate the state of New York accidentally gave him in the episode "The Fusilli Jerry". Kramer spots a picture on the wall at the doctor's office portraying the doctor's boat with the name "ASSMAN" on it. Kramer asks the proctologist if his recently renewed license plates had perhaps been mixed up with someone else's and whether he is the "Assman" and the doctor winks back. From off-screen, Frank is heard saying, "It was a million-to-one shot, Doc." Each plate is brand new, made in the USA, and individually shrink-wrapped.

I saw a guy in a Lowe's parking lot with one of these on the front of his car, I couldn't stop laughing.

I knew I had to get one and immediately looked it up on Amazon and ordered it.

Like others have stated, the shipping is really fast.

This plate is great quality both graphically and in the fact that it's stamped.

There are a lot of ASSMAN "plates" you can buy but some aren't metal and most aren't stamped like this one.

They really did a great job on this plate and I would highly recommend it for any fans of the show.

I got this for a friend who collects Plates, he liked it a lot...

Straight out of the Seinfeld memorabilia, this is a great addition to any fans coloection. It has raised lettering and looks fantastic.

Whether you are a proctologist or just got the wrong plates by mistake, you too can proclaim "I'm the ASSMAN..." when you display this plate proudly...

The license plate is of good quality. The lettering is raised which gives it an authentic look and feel. I would definitely recommend spending the extra money for this piece of memorabilia. It's absolutely a must have for any Seinfeld fan.

This thing is (almost) the real deal.

OK, so it's made of thinner aluminum, the "REAL" thing would have been made of a gauge or two thicker galvanized steel.

Very high quality stuff here folks! The letters are actually stamped into the plate itself instead of them being painted on (see included pictures). All in all a great purchase and product well deserving of 5 stars.

This is an awesome novelty plate. It is a little more expensive than some of the other "Assman" plates out there, but worth it. It is stamped and not printed. I highly recommend.
