Alter the effects of regular footwear

The conventional shoes have little or no built-in arch support. Some footwear are designed with heel elevation and toe spring, a toe-deforming feature. Over time, these designs alter the feet configuration and lead to a lot of problems, such as plantar fasciitis, sesamoiditis and morton neuroma.

The adhesive are very strong that pads become almost permanent, so it is important to press gently. This allows you to peel them back out if you need to move them a bit.
