I have had high cholesterol for a number of years. My weight and BMI is normal, I eat clean and in moderation. I do not drink or smoke, Nothing I did in terms of diet and exercise shifted the dial. Eventually, other health problems started to follow - muscle pain, hypothyroid, high BP, ocular changes, pre-diabetes and high BP. I was told that I was just getting older. Finally, my PCP put me on statin that made things worse.

My muscle pain, cramps, chest pains increased. I started having GI issues, my A1C number jumped from 6.8 to 7.5 within a few weeks of starting statins. When I saw my sibling get a heart attack due to clogged arteries as well as hardening of arteries due to calcification I knew I was next. I started to research how one can reverse hardening of arteries and the one thing that was recommended was K-2. I ordered one bottle and started taking K-2 once a day along with Guggul (twice a day) while I continued the statin. Within 4 months, my cholesterol is absolutely normal - my bad cholesterol is low, my good cholesterol is high, my total cholesterol is in normal range. I have stopped taking statin and continuing the K-2 and Guggul. My aim is to maintain my low cholestrol but also fix my A1C.

Along with K-2, I am now taking the following - Guggul, ReMag, Probiotics, Ashwagandha, Triphala, Garlic. Ginger. Turmeric, Karela and Inulin. I believe that every thing is connected in our bodies. We need to fix our gut, detox our liver, maintain blood sugar and take care of all inflammation in our body. I am also drinking moringa tea now. Hopefully, in coming months I can write that my A1C has become normal and get off of Metformin as well.

I had a heart attack on February 2018 with one of left artery had 95 percent blockage. The other arteries showed 30 percent blockages as well. I did aggressive plant based diet for 8 months afterward plus consuming 4 pills of this product with 2 pills of vit d3 everyday. 2 weeks ago, I did calcium scoring CT Scan and surprisingly found out that my left artery plague has reduced to moderate , and the rest of arteries have 0 plagues. Praise the Lord.

This is a GREAT source of the best, most absorbable form of K2 (MK-7) & it's also a decent price.

I have ordered this a few times for my grandma & this has been her healthiest "cold & flu" season to date (she is also taking D3 5,000 IU & glutathione with this K2 MK-7). She has had at least 1 ER visit a winter for respiratory illness the past 6 or so years, but so far this season she has avoided the ER, minus when she broke some ribs trying to launch a boat from a slippery boat launch (she's quite an active gal, or at least she tries to be... I'm trying to convince her that she should probably not ride on motorcycles anymore, being in her 80s, but she doesn't listen too well.. at least she listened and is taking the 3 supplements I told her to take :).

Taking K2 MK-7 with D3 is important because the K2 prevents the D3 from causing calcium deposits in one's heart. Taking D3 alone (especially at "high" doses of 5,000 iu or more) puts you at risk for that complication. The heart is NOT something to mess around with, so if you are taking D3, do some research for yourself about taking K2 MK-7 along with it).

Do your research on this product and it is true it works in harmony with vit.D3 and Calcium to build strong bones in your senior years. Without it the calcium and D3 just build up plaque in your arteries and heart muscle.

I bought this MK7 vitamin K2 a week ago for general health reasons. I didn't realize that it had effects on dental health. For the past 10+ years I've had chronic gum inflammation, that meant that every time I had hot spicy food or a hard-chewing steak or any crunchy food, my gums would swell up and bleed. I kind of got used to that, it was the price to pay for the food I liked, and never thought much about this.

Last night, less than a week after starting having K2, I inspected my gums and they were in great shape, after spending 5 days on a business trip eating steak, spicy and crunchy food. I googled K2 and dental health and learned that this vitamin is also known for dental health benefits.

Normally, I would be popping tylenols for the pain and swelling by now, but instead I'm in awe of this unexpected side-effect. I'm wondering why this is not better known, but will continue having K2 for a long time.

love this product. I have seen a reduction in the build up of fatty globules on the inside of my arms. I was shocked to see it disappear so fast, so I know it is working and would otherwise not have realized but noticed this profound difference immediately. I am sure it helps keep the arteries unclogged and that is a good thing. I have already reordered this product for two more bottles. I dont want to run out. I feel it is helping my body assimilate fat and calories more efficiently, as I am losing the build up of fat in my upper arms and some on my belly, which happens as we age. So, I would highly recommend this product and love the fact that it is available without the K1, which concerns me about excessive clotting, unless clotting is needed. But I like to separate the two so I can control the amount of what I am getting from each. Thank you so much for producing this product. I feel it is very helpful and I noticed it immediately. You might want to think about advertising this product more, as I went to the healthfood store and they didn't know what I was talking about initially, and I wasn't aware there was a difference in K2 and K1 until I read the report on this supplement at Amazon. I also ordered and have read the book by Kate Rheaume, B.Sc. N. D. Very important information there!
