Perfect prop for costumes!

What can I say? It's a neat little prop and it looks exactly as pictured! I'd say it's pretty sturdy as well, I can't imagine it breaking unless someone were specifically trying to break it. From far away(and occasionally close up!), I have had a few people believe I was pulling an actual knife before I released the comb so I guess that's both points for awesomeness AND something to be wary of, haha!

While holding it, it is obviously plastic though, which is too bad, but it's a tiny nitpick. Also wouldn't use it as a functional comb, but I think it's WELL established this is more for looks/costumes. If you really wanna use it, glory to you, but my hair is way too thick and curly.

This is a very cheaply made switchblade comb. Beware when buying it. All the reviews saying it's very well made are fake. There is no metal in it all, just cheaply made plastic. Returns are also not accepted which shows how much of a scam this is. At least mention in the description that it's made of cheap plastic. Will be reporting this product for false advertising.

Save it for the stage

Any day now this item is going to break. It is a simple stage prop (which wouldn't be awful if I still did any acting, but I'm not). The handle is made of cheap plastic, and the actual comb has very short teeth. This product is a fun toy to show off, but not practical.

Please read this review! Junk, junk, junk! First and foremost mine is broken and does not pop out like a switchblade knife and it is literally cheap cheap plastic. I read other people's reviews that said that but there were also other reviews that said they loved it. Please save yourself the aggravation and do not order the product. I cannot emphasize enough how absolutely cheap this switchblade comb is.

Fun novelty item with a quick spring assist. The overall construction is a bit cheap and the plastic is very low grade, also the fitting of the parts is loose and cheap. Great buy for a laugh but not an everyday pocket carry comb

Great product and fun to play with. The comb itself is plastic so I doubt it will hold up for a long time, but for the past month it has been pretty good. I wish it was metal so it was less flexible and more durable.

It's a nice little toy to play with but that's really all it is. The teeth on the comb are too small and close together to actually be used. The material feels cheap but that's what you would expect for the price.

The look on this thing is EXACTLY what we were looking for. The quality was the issue for us. It's the reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars. It's *really* cheaply made. But aesthetically speaking; it's fantastic.

This is one of those novelty items I had as a kid and always thought I was cool because of it (I wasn't, but ignorance was bliss.)

I stumbled into this by complete accident. I collect handmade cutlery including traditional stilettos and Amazon suggested this as an item. Well, it was like 3 bucks so I figured why not and bought two.

Given the price, I am happy with the product. This is not a super high-quality item, but it's a novelty more than a functional tool. It opens. It closes. (It does not lock open.) And it looks the same way the picture described (black and stainless.) Even rabbits love them!
