Product Description

SinuCleanse Nasal Wash products were developed by a leading Ear Nose & Throat Physician as an all-natural way to safely & effectively relieve nasal congestion and sinus symptoms without the worry of harmful side-effects or drug interactions. Studies suggest that Nasal Washing regularly may reduce the duration and frequency of cold & flu symptoms and promote long term nasal health. Nasal Washing moisturizes dry nasal passages and aids in the removal of mucus and irritants such as dust particles, pollen, and other debris, keeping nasal passages clear and allowing you to breathe easier. The SinuCleanse All-Natural Pharmaceutical Grade Pre-Mixed Saline Packets are made in the USA in an FDA Registered Drug Facility. Each packet contains all-natural, preservative free, ultra-fine salt granules which when mixed with water dissolve instantly to form a buffered salt water solution that will not sting or burn, making nasal washing easy and comfortable. They may be used in most other Nasal Wash Systems and can be used to form an Isotonic or Hypertonic Solution. (See instruction sheet inside box for more information).

Standard saline mix, well priced, works great in neti pot
by Liz ZĂ©landais,Top Contributor: Makeup (5 out of 5 stars)
June 17, 2018

I'm a regular neti pot user, and I've tried a number of different saline solutions. I find that they're all pretty much the same. I even used to mix my own with the 3-1 ratio of salt (sodium chloride) to baking soda (sodium bicarbonate).

Here's why I chose these and continue to use them:
1) They work. They're properly manufactured with the 3-1 ratio. The contents dissolve easily when I put it into the neti pot & add water.
2) They're well priced. They're a little less expensive than some other brands (with even more savings through the Subscribe & Save program) and actually give a somewhat greater volume per packet. (Thus the complaints from some reviewers that they're too strong. Just dilute more if you need to.)
3) They are convenient in a number of ways. Not having to mix my own and having the pre-measured packets is a convenience. If I order once, Prime delivery is a convenience. If I need a reminder to order more and get even more savings, getting them auto-delivered through Subscribe & Save is... well, you get the idea.

Since using this saline rinse (in a neil med squeeze bottle) I've had significantly less sinus infections. Only important note is, take notice of the size of your neti pot. My old pot was only 6 oz not 8 oz, so concentration wasn't right and burned when I rinsed. Just make sure you have the right mixture formula

If you have migraines triggered by sinus issues you gotta try this!
by Martin (5 out of 5 stars)
September 14, 2016

Its taken me a while to get to this review, first off I LOVE THIS SOLUTION! I have migraines and my sinuses are really sensitive and will trigger one when I don't take care of them, especially in winter when my furnace runs a lot. I have a hot water pot in my bedroom to help but since using this solution on a regular basis my migraines that are directly related to my sinus issues have become far less in number. Quite often when I wake up and my sinuses hurt and I feel a headache coming on I will make a hypertonic solution with lukewarm water and slowly irrigate my sinuses and I find most of the times the headache goes away before it becomes a migraine and my sinuses feel so much better. I am comfortable saying I'm at a lifetime low on migraines and plan on using this product for the rest of my life. I wasn't paid for this review and I didnt get a discount.

good product, large packets
by TMA (5 out of 5 stars)

I wish the packets were narrow for easy pouring into a bottle, as they are air-tight so ripping the corner and shaking makes a mess. Good alternative to NeilMed, slighty saltier, perhaps, or a little harsher, but I was accustomed to NeilMed and could adjust to the new one easily. The packaging annoys me so I'll go back to NeilMed. Update: I've been using these for a year now and figured out how to tear the corner just so to avoid spills (start in the long end and rip up to avoid making it too big). I've noticed that the water quality really makes a huge difference in rinsing. Ever tried snorting water without salt?- ouch! So now I've adjusted to these and will continue to restock since these are just as good as Neilmed.

Tried to make my own sinus cleanser but it just didn't have the "comfort level" that this product does. The ratios of the ingredients must have been carefully formulated because there is no discomfort for me when using this preparation. I'll make whatever I can at home but in this instance I prefer to buy this preparation.

Convenient and easy to use

I use these with a ceramic neti pot. I fill the neti pot with a little bit of distilled water, pour the saline packet in, fill the rest of the neti pot with distilled water, microwave for 30 seconds, and I'm good to go. I think these packets are very convenient and easy to use with my neti pot. Aromatic Salt Premium Ceramic Neti Pot, Green

A must for head and neck cancer patients.
by tony from Philly (5 out of 5 stars)
May 24, 2016

I've had head and neck cancer. I need to rinse my nasal passages and sinuses regularly to prevent infection to the affected area. Using pharmaceutical grade saline (Sinu Cleanse) and distilled water (must be distilled as tap water is filled with chemicals that can cause infection) is necessary to maintain good sino nasal cleanliness.

Doesn't pour
by BLBA (3 out of 5 stars)

Doesn't pour out of the pkg. Very disappointing. However, if you put a few drops of water in it, you can rinse it out. Once you get it into your irrigation tool, it works pretty well. But I'm going back to NeilMed.

money value

I bought the nasal rinse, and this box of 100 pre filled rinses. They do the job in your nose, which is clearing out the sinuses. The plus is the cost for the amount. Most sinus rinse products cost an arm and a leg for the packets for the product, but these are well worth it.

Works Well and Keeps My Nose Open
by Scott (5 out of 5 stars)
May 29, 2018

I'm a first time user of a Neti Pot and cleansing solution. I bought this one because of customer reviews. Been using this product once in the mornings for the last 5 days and it seems to work well. My sinuses are open most of the day and seems to work better than taking allergy pills. Very convenient to have per-measured packages, and it mixes just right for me with 8 oz of water (I use filtered and boiled water). I use 4 oz in one nostril and the other 4 oz in the other, so very easy to mix and use.
