I have used many different brands of food coloring. This one is amazing! The color is bright and you don't need to use a lot to go a long way. There isn't that taste of food coloring like others I have used before. I can't wait to try the other colors!

I used this food coloring for my son's first birthday cake, and was so happy with how it came out! Very pigmented and did not notice a difference in taste or texture. I used several other gel colors from this brand to mix different colors.

I used it to make to make gold letters and numbers on the decorated cookies I made for my grandson's 1st Birthday party. I did use quite a bit of the gold color to get the desired results that I wanted; but, I was extremely pleased by the results. It doesn't change the flavor of the icing or the consistency either so I will definitely buy this color and brand again.

5 stars for the gel paste. 3 stars for the color. Its not gold at all. Its just yellow. I was able to add some things to it to help it out, but wasnt what I had hoped color wise. The gel paste, however is amazing. It can tint anything from frosting to fondant and gum paste, even piping gel without giving that nasty food color taste.
