Kalami Assam is a premium blend of golden tippy long leaf Assam tea from the best gardens in northern India. A pleasant cup with balanced color and flavor. To brew a perfect cup of this tea: 1) Use freshly drawn water or filtered water in an electric hot water heater or a stove top kettle. Place tea leaves in a covered teapot. 2) heat water to rolling boil or to a temperature of 212F. 3) pour water over tea leaves in the teapot immediately when it reaches the appropriate Temperature and cover teapot covered to retain heat. Steep for 5-7 minutes, remove the tea and stir lightly. Ahmad Tea is a UK-based family business, now in its fourth generation of tea blending and tasting experience.
