Aluminum anodizing is a unique electrochemical process that increases the thickness and hardness of aluminum. As a result, anodized aluminum is twice as hard as stainless steel and therefore extremely durable.The Anolon Advanced Cookware features Dupont's Autograph 2 Nonstick Surface. Both the interior and the exterior of the pan are nonstick--so the entire surface of this cookware is easy to clean. Anolon Advanced cookware also comes with SureGrip handles which are a combination of 18/10 stainless steel and silicone rubber that provide a cool, non-slip & ergonomic grip. This amazing cookware is oven safe to 400 degrees and comes with a limited lifetime warranty.
