Our Free Training Program is designed to connect teens and young adults in underserved populations to skills and career training that lead to greater access to jobs and opportunity, especially in the fields of freight brokerage, transportation and logistics. There are an estimated 4.9 million young adults ages 16-24 in America who are neither in work nor school.Of these, there are estimated to be as many as 3 million youth living in poverty who are not in education, employment or training. Young Freight Brokers of America (YFBOA) programs focus on training and educating unemployed and low-income young people in the Freight Brokerage, Transportation and Logistics industry through technology, on the job training, mentoring and internship.
