Product Description
It’s the team-up fans have been waiting three decades to see! Full of the most beloved heroes and hated villains from both classic action franchises, He-Man/Thundercats is an astonishing adventure from He-Man’s head writer and producers Rob David and Lloyd Goldfine (TMNT: Turtles Forever), stunningly illustrated by Freddie E. Williams II (Batman/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles)! It’s called Eternia—the homeworld of He-Man and the Masters of the Universe. Here, this legendary hero harnesses the Power of Grayskull to protect his planet against the evil forces of Skeletor, the skull-faced embodiment of evil.
But dimensions away, another evil has set its sights on Eternia’s champion. The menace of Mumm-Ra is spreading, even as his hated rival, Lion-O, is crowned king of the Thundercats. Mumm-Ra knows only one weapon can stand against Lion-O’s unstoppable Sword of Omens: He-Man’s Sword of Power. And he and his merciless minions are prepared to take it by any means necessary.
Now the heroes and villains of two of the greatest adventure sagas ever will join forces in a war for the fate of two worlds. Can He-Man and Lion-O, the Masters and the ThunderCats, put aside their differences and stop the combined power of Skeletor and Mumm-Ra? Or will these two champions of all that is good be forced to clash swords themselves? Collects He-Man/Thundercats #1-6.

I was/am a fan of both TV series and have been following the new MOTU comic book series, so I was excited to see them combined.
The story is very good and I enjoyed the artwork. There's lots of playful banter between the heroes and the bad guys are trying to out-evil each other. Some of the scenes were a little cheesy...particularly those featuring Skeletor and Mumm-Ra. I would have liked to see She-Ra included but with all the other characters, that could have pushed it over the top.
Overall, this was a fun series. I'd like to see more books like this.
Outstanding Story!

Outstanding story! They included almost every aspect of each respective series' mythology. The artwork was rich and dense. This was no rush job or attempt to pocket some loot off of the now nearly middle-aged children of the 80's. Between this and Eternity War, I've been really happy with what they've done with He-Man recently. Only thing I felt a little off, and this shows my bias, was that they did make the Thundercats appear slightly more bada-$ and capable.

Absolutely loved it! If you grew up watching He-man and the Thundercats than this is a must read. It's not you kid friendly, goofy Saturday morning cartoon either. It's more violent yet it still keeps a little of the child like cheesiness. It has a lot of characters from both universes and ties them together pretty nicely.
INFANCIA REVIVIDA

Fun graphic novel. Couldn't wait to see two of my favorite 80s cartoons cross over. Got some humor in it also. Recommended read.

This is a fun comic to read. It is good for teenagers or higher. This is the match up we all wanted in the 80s. He-man and the Thundercats make a great comic. I wish they would make a second one. The artwork is excellent. The story is good as well.

Being a kid of the 80s I l frequently did crossovers between He-man and Thundercats with my figures when I was a kid. And this one does it for me as an adult now.
I enjoyed the crossover comic, and comic is self contained and act as a spin-off to the original animated 80s shows. It is not tied to any of the He-Man or Thundercats comics made over the years. It would be great to see it in an animated format in the near future but of course it would be an R rated due to some of the violence and grittiness factors in it.
Highly recommended

One of the most fun graphic novels I've ever read! I grew up when He-man and Thundercats were all the rage so this comic is just a blast to see the two worlds collide. Love the art style in this book. the art is one of the main things I look for in a comic and to me I love the bold colors and exciting and dynamic action scenes. Good use of humor as well.
Fun: decent story and excellent images.

The artwork is perfect...they got the right guy for the job. It's a love letter to my youth, and I'm so glad it exists.

He-man & the thundercats? While the art takes some getting used too, the story makes you feel as if it's the 1980's all over again
