Has to buy this book for my History 1500 class. It's very dry and difficult to retain what you have read. It's tedious when you have to take notes from it. Expect 20 pages of handwritten notes for each chapter. I've taken other history classes before and since and had none of these issues.

I ordered this item back in september, it is now november and it has not yet shipped. I finally canceled the order due to the fact that my sememster is just about over. I'm really dissapointed because every other book I've purchased has arrived with no problem and this one didn't.
